I think it's insane that someone put George Michael in this competition. George Michael belongs in a 'well-regarded singers who sustain long, profitable careers while never quite rising to the top of their genre' competition. This guilty pleasure competition....."I can't help think it's American".

George Michael is such a talented songwriter and musical artist. Very rare for an artist to be able to produce, arrange, write and sing his own music. Most of all his voice is so easy to listen to all day, very beautiful. He has my vote hands down!! Love you George!! Keep on writing and making beautiful music.

Definitely George for the simple fact that he is the most understimated musical genius. People are ashamed to accept his talent for reasons beyond the music he has worked so hard to give us. He sings from the heart and has a pure voice that's so soothing even if you just listen him speak. He has got plenty of wit, you just have to listen to the many interviews and hear him introspect on various subjects and not just limited to music. All of which I believe comes in his songwriting skills. He also comes across as a sensible planner and has carved his career perfectly. Above all the man's got style, is honest to the core and has FAITH in himself to tide over so many media storms and still reign strong for more than 25 years. He is simply above the rest.
