Singapore for me, but Canada is close.
I can't believe Singapore was not in the list, Singapore is by far much safer then all of those countries, in terms of levels of crime violence safety and security it is anyway.
I found Austria very safe and we could walk in Vienna at midnight and not have to worry. Just do not know the statistics.
That's what i hate about internet , everybody have the right to say their opinion.

haha you guys are just trying to protect ur own country!!!i laugh at you!!I live in Ireland...... theres a couple of stabbings and Limerick city was nicknamed stab city -its getting a little better- a drunk hobo struggled past our school (puked a couple of times) then i had to walk up the hill later on to get home :P some threw someones cat into a bonfire on halloween,the AMOUNT of shams,tinkers,travellers,knackers, but you know what?Thats what makes it My Home.I feel safe.I go out when its dark and shout and laugh with my friends and no one cares.Well,my friends got in trouble by a mother we didnt know when my friend cursed right out loud!!I was born in Ireland,I can deal with it.But some of you English snobs come over and mutter "they let anyone here these days." you'll get a box in da face :P WE'LL BEAT THE CAKE OUTTA YA XD

Phillipines and Indonesia is safe? what a wrong! I trallved those countries and those countries are very known as a lot of pickpocketers and cimes ;;; even i saw many many pick pocketers in those southeast asia country when i travel...I am a Korean and I think Japan,South Korea,Singapore are the safest in Asia.. and in europe Iceland and Luxemburg is the safest!

I think Malta is a very safe country. Infact I find that Malta is like one big family, with everyone looking out for eachother.
I think Luxembourg is MUCH safer then all of those :P
