I represent Intelity and I am surprised that you didn't include their ICE Mobile app product used by hotels like The Plaza, The Roosevelt, Gansevoort NY, JW Marriott Indy and others. These branded apps allow the guest to order up to 30 guest services from the convenience of their phone including room service, make spa appointments, order fresh towels, coordinate transportation, make reservations, etc.
For a business traveler, nothing could be more convenient. For the hotel, its a win-win because the app integrates into their POS system and streamlines all requests, which increases guest satisfaction, staff efficiency and revenue.
