The Avett Brothers had a fuckin amazing show. All these other artists should get off the stage for the brothers and let em rock it full. None of this half ass shit! Avett Bros. For Fuckin Life!
Posted by carl on October 2nd 2009, 8:48pm

I completely agree with Carl. TAB make everyone else up there sound like a bunch of drunk 14 year olds in guitar center.
Posted by Chris on October 2nd 2009, 8:58pm

I don't know how you can call Coheed "half ass shit". TAB suck, face it.
Posted by Connor on October 2nd 2009, 9:08pm

yea coheed is 100x better than all these shitty bands, i've never even heard of any of the others........
Posted by Vinny on October 2nd 2009, 9:13pm

Claudio Sanchez is a God. Can't deny.
Posted by Brizzi on October 2nd 2009, 9:23pm

TAB. if youve only heard of coheed youre not really listening to music. or searching it out at any level. not like theyre all new or nobodies. john legend was on the oscars..
Posted by joey on October 2nd 2009, 10:04pm

Avett Brothers all the way! The rest is a bunch of flashy lights, amps and no soul.
Posted by TAB FAN!!! on October 2nd 2009, 10:27pm

Coheed is the best by far.
Posted by Steven on October 2nd 2009, 10:47pm

Medeski Martin and Wood anyone????? If you think the TAB are SO amazing or you think the hardshit Coheed and Cambria attempt to deliver is good then watch MMW b/c them and Thievory Corp. are 100% better than any of the a. minuscule shit you are wasting your time talking about. To bad WEEN wasn't there then I could really talk shit...
Posted by Brian on October 2nd 2009, 11:54pm

Ouch, lots of negative vibes on here! Yes, The Avett Brothers are soul...and MMW will rock it out as well! WEEN your party! Yeah!

The Avett Brothers and Dr.Dog were great...I think anyobne who wastes time dissing others ought to be unplugged and sent back to the factory.
Posted by chequamegon on October 3rd 2009, 8:08pm

I really liked Deer Tick...I'd never even heard of them, and I loved them!
Posted by Matt on October 3rd 2009, 11:00pm

The Avett Brothers for sure. I went to ACL for the Kings and they were extremely disappointing!
Posted by Danielle on October 4th 2009, 12:38am

THE DECEMBERISTS! they put on an amazing show. true artists.
Posted by Steven on October 4th 2009, 5:11am

John Legend had a great show, but I have to vote for FLOGGING MOLLY. It was a hell of a show, even with the rain.
Posted by Jed on October 4th 2009, 6:53am

Coheed wins. Hands down. Do you see TAB on Rock Band with DLC's..NO
Posted by Brendan on October 4th 2009, 3:38pm

Posted by nashvillin on October 4th 2009, 9:00pm

ghostland, dr dog, avett bros and fuck yes jack white is by far the best musician on the face of the earth dead weather shreds you should head up to louisville to catch monsters of folk on halloween no venue better than the ryman but no band cooler than the monsters
Posted by juiceman3000 on October 4th 2009, 9:02pm

Posted by trey on October 4th 2009, 9:09pm

I'm pretty sure that my favorite argument on here for coheed is based on the fact that they have dlc for a video game...my vote goes for the avett brothers
Posted by kevin on October 4th 2009, 9:25pm

Just started watching today at The Dodos. I'm voting for Clutch or The Heartless Bastards. Amazing stuff!
Posted by Hodge on October 4th 2009, 9:54pm

The B-52s rocked the house!!
Posted by LJoy on October 5th 2009, 1:09am

DEAD WEATHER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! get on my level
Posted by touchdown my pants on October 5th 2009, 2:05am

The Dead Weather put on an amazing show.
Posted by Flightless on October 5th 2009, 2:51am

that dead weather show speaks for itself
Posted by nashvillin on October 5th 2009, 3:01am

Decemberists were top notch and tight as could be. Ghostland Observatory completely rocked the place. Everybody was great, though. Clutch gets an A+ for playing a blistering set even though the crowd was comatose, probably because the weather sucked.
Posted by bunnyzero on October 5th 2009, 3:08am

Dead Weather, Dead Weather, Dead Weather, Dead Weather LOUD . . . SEX . . . ROCK . . . that's what we want . . . Bring it . . . . Best Ever . . . ! ! !
Posted by Wasp18 on October 5th 2009, 3:17am

The need for balance by creating lust within heavy sound. The band displays such a vanishing world through technological effects. Thier music is a right of passage during such times of confusion and during a major state of transition. They accomplished the impossible. DEAD WEATHER
Posted by AMON on October 5th 2009, 3:23am

The Dead Weather!!! Amazing live shows!
Posted by Brenda on October 5th 2009, 4:25am

In my days I’ve seen literally thousands of acts, ranging from The Sex Pistols to Stevie Wonder. The Yeah Yeah Yeah’s on Friday night turned out to be one of the greatest shows of my recent memory. They killed it, period. I originally got ACL tickets because Beastie Boys were on the bill, and had they made it no doubt they would have been the best, but Friday I learned that the YYY’s are not only a fitting stand-in but that Karen O is a force to be reckoned with in herself. I vote YYY's sucka!

didn't anyone see the airborne toxic event? this band is the best new thing out there. what do you want to bet they'll be the killers or coldplay of today in about 2 years? 4 hot guys and one very cool chick with amazing talent- you can't beat them live!
Posted by cassandra wurmel on October 5th 2009, 3:00pm

Some really talented bands at this festival. Passion Pit, Bon Iver, and Coheed and Cambria all deserve great respect for what they do.
Posted by Zack White on October 5th 2009, 3:12pm

I can't believe none of these people have mentioned Mutemath. It was definitely the best performance. Those guys know how to put on a show. Then Ghostland. Then Coheed.
