I believe Johnny and Baby end up together. They 'Had the time of their lives' and you can never forget something like that!
The where perfect, Baby had the bad boy and Johnny had the girl who would constantly support him and make sure he was happy!
Penny would probably end up with some doctor, not Robbie the creep, but with another boy!

I feel that Johnny should have ended up with Baby. Penny seemed too much of a friend to Johnny and the movie would not have been as popular if Penny and Johnny ended up together.
In the movie, Baby was looking for adventure and she found it with Johnny. She believed in him and he had never had anyone do that, prior in his life.
So, my opinion and vote stands with Baby. Penny was just a friend and dancing partner for Johnny.
