How do u prefer to eat?

• I eat raw throughout the day & a cooked meal for dinner

• I eat a cooked meal once a week but raw the rest of the time

• I eat a cooked vegetarian, vegan diet

• 100% Low fat raw vegan, no cooked food ever!

• My goal is to be 100% raw as soon as possible

• I still eat a standard western Diet with meat, dairy & eggs
