I've been drinking "micro" or "regional brews" for decades and I can say without a doubt that the Bejeezus that appears seasonally at Watch City is hands down the best non hops beer I've ever had the fortune of sliding across my palate. Possibly the best beer..ever. Which is very difficult to say. I hesitate to even post this because I want there to be plenty for me. So, if you see this, don't tell anyone and I'll see you there.

Hands down the Hops Explosion kicks ass! However, sit me down for a session and the Totem Pale Ale is my first choice. Nothing beats it for refreshment, drinkability and, goes great with Watch City's award winning Nachos and/or Buffalo Wings.
