You should really (well, imho) just use the "B" with the hammer from option c - it's simple, clean, and has a double-identity - very good graphic design. The lines coming out of it only make it an oddly long rectangular shape, which will be hard to fit on things like twitter, iPhones, etc.

voted for 3. 4 looks easier to read but hammer is a bit odd shaped and too small, and not unique enough.
