Thanks for helping me with you vote. Since it was a tie between "Got Soul?" and "Touch," I ended up flipping a coin.

I'll be writing my outline this week to start off with a bang November 1st.

got Soul sounds like my kind of read. Wishing you luck on finding your writing nic this year.

I picked 'Dark and Lovely' because I was torn between two... I'm really not thrilled about the Vampire trend recently... but 'Got Soul' would have been my second choice. I would pick up 'Dark and Lovely' if I was browsing, like Kristi said. Maybe we're browsing together? LOL! Good luck with your nano!

Let me just say, BRAVO! To be honest, they're all worth pursuing. great stuff. I voted for Dark & Lovely because it's something I would definitely pick up while browsing in the bookstore. Vampires are tricky these days, but I have to agree that I'm intrigued by the idea of a gospel singer confronting vampires! And I love the title.
Thanks for the link...I'm even more inspired for Nano!

I'm curious about "Touch." I feel my vote would've went that direction if I knew more about it. Based on the synopses offered, "Got Soul?" has my attention. A very different spin on a genre many considered done to death.

    I'm feeling "Touch" more than anything . . .

Touch and Impulsive are the treatments I most prefer. The Dark & Lovely is an interesting concept and I recently read a book that was similar in concept, but not exactly the same by Carleen Brice. So that's why I didn't vote for it.

looks like most voters want you to bring the sexy with "touch" eh? i'm feeling like vampires are played out, but that storyline does sound fun & unique. personally, i went with "impulsive" because it sounds real. and hey, there's still plenty of hotness with "balancing 2 lovers." whatever story you choose, best of luck, fave!!!

I'm digging the vampire story. Love that music is involved!

I'm a lil biased, but I chose Got Soul cause I've read the concept piece already. I'd really like you to do the story about the two friends that were overweight as teens and then one became a fitness guru while the other still struggled with his weight. :-)

Dangit, I hate that I feel like a "go along" by voting for the vampire story, but like Philip Clark, I think it really *does* sound interesting!!

I hate, HATE (using the word hate here) the recent vampire story trend. But this story actually sounds fun and intriguing. I'd read it.
