    Perhaps you could sponsor legislation that ensures that ll of your constituents are able to read also.

    Thank you Congressman Culberson.

    I would ask that this public period extend to all bills, and that all non-emergency bills be posted for 3 days with their final language before debate, then another full 2 weeks after all amendments before the final vote.

    Emergency status should only really apply for acts of war, natural disasters, or other true emergencies where time-sensitive action is necessary.
