I think gay sex legislation violates EVERYONE ELSES rights & contributes to the delinquency of minors. AND PUTS THE WHOLE STATE UNDER A HEAVY CURSE FROM GOD! Gays are just looking for outside approval for their sin, even if they have to use government coercion to do it, they just don't care. That's evil!

This way this questions is written is very misleading. The will of the people should not always rule, but in this case I do think a vote should be taken.
This question is just one example of how polls collect false information. A simple yes and no would have been enough. The leading commentary was unecessary.
