I'm presently a PP&L customer. I heard that their rates are going up, but if anyone thinks, in time, there will be any bargins with any of new providers, they're only fooling themselves. I feel PP&L has been reliable, courtious and always fair.
I have no connection whatever with PP&L other than my being a life time customer.
May I add, I've lived in their service areas all my life, I never found any reason to think any other way.
