I wouldn't be opposed to that. Even something like earn a buck where you have to shoot a doe first. There are way too many does where I'm at (Leelanau County) Maybe 10 or 15 does to every buck.
I think it should be something that can change from year to year or every 2 years. Illinois and the other great hunting states have it hwere you can shoot 2 bucks and there's plenty of bucks down there. I think there's more agriculture down there though and that makes a big differnece. The DNR needs to step in and offer programs for food plots, crops, and mast producing trees!
