What do you think the hardest job is behind the scenes?

• Director – because they have to make all the decisions and make sure the end result is good

• Sound engineer – because they have to consider so many different things in creating the music such as the type of character its relating to and how they want the audience to react

• Makeup artist – because some make up takes ages and they have to be very patient

• Set designer – because they need to be so creative

• Lighting technician – because they have to make sure everyone looks good and the right amount of light is used
