Of course we should have and use the death penalty. We canot afford to keep poeple in jail, please in some cases they flat out do not deserve to live.

I agree with the other people. There is a long drawn out procedure that does its best to insure that innocent people aren't executed. Why should we, the taxpayers, have to support and feed these criminals--and have them complain to the courts because they're treated like criminals? They have NO rights beyond the basic ones once they're behind those bars. It is reprehensible that people and families out in the world have to struggle and scrape to make ends meet--and sometimes NOT EVEN make ends meet--while these criminals live well and have their every want taken care of for them.

How can a State Justify supporting some of these monsters forever. Being put too death may even not be enough of a punishment, but at least the taxpayers would be supporting these monsters.

I lost a relative to a violent crime now this guy who never held a job in some irony of justice even though he's in jail gets full Medical hot meals everyday a bed and what ever else he needs including Drugs and sex in prison, plus it costs tax payers 85,000 a yr to take care of one prisoner. Oh if the convict supposed to have rights what about the rights of the victum are they less important if there dead. I guess if your the son of a retired police chief you have some allowances and connections I guess this mans son was more important than the man he stabed. I believe if you take a life your should Die in the same way you took the other persons life if you strangle some one or stab or even shoot someone you should be put to death the same way and all your close family should watch and see how proud you made them.
