It would be nice, but not needed if there will be new items of all levels

I would like to see a re-balance of existing items

A re-balance of existing items is vital, and I don't think i'd play this mod without one

Actually I would prefer it, if the items would stay unchanged. The balancing for the existing classes is ok. (With fixed dex.)
And mods tend to overpower items.
