Should Martin Gill lose his foster sons if he loses his case to overturn Florida’s gay adoption ban?

Mr. Gill has been a loving, caring father, and should not lose his children; it's the caring not the bearing that makes a good parent. Some birth parents abuse their children and don't provide the loving environment that foster/adoptive parents do. Florida's gay adoption ban doesn't make sense and should be overturned except in cases of probable cause (stringently enforced,)
