Is this poll insinuating that a foreign women is secondary in preference to a local women to look after children, but an American man is tertiary in preference?
If this is not the case then why not ask if a foreign woman or American woman, or a foreign or American man or a foreign or American person?
There's so much hysteria about pedophilia rampant in Western countries, that many men, myself included would not want to come across a lone child who is lost, less we have to deal with it ourselves running the risk of being accused of abduction or worse.
