I bought a pair of Wolky sandals while I was on a weekend trip to two weeks ago Bath. They were purchased (£95) at a shop called Shoons. This was on Friday, 25th June. They are very comfortable and I have worn them a lot. But yesterday, I tripped over on a cobblestone path, outside my house in Derbyshire. Fortunately, neither my face or glasses were damaged. I'm 75 years old, so it took me a while to get over the shock.
My neighbours who came to my rescue discovered that the sole of one of the sandals is coming away and needs sticking down in some manner. Could you advise me as to how I can get them replaced or at least repaired (my nearest shopping area is Derby).
I'd appreciate your advice.
