The Commission should be made up of non-political people. Primarily business and community leaders that are not serving in elected positions. They should hire a professional consultant to lead the commission versus one of them or previous elected officials leading the group. It should extremely independent and use people that have organizational experience in business or other large independent cost conscience businesses. I would be willing to serve on the commission or help with the selection. If they are forming a commission chaired by them and consist of them, then it is a waste of time and show. Then there should be a mandatory attendence of all legislatures to go through a lengthly briefing of the findings without public attendance so people can speak freely. Then commitments of what will be completed, what will require additional study, what will require funding, and what will not be done and why....
