How would you rate Fall River's snow removal effort?

Flim-Flam Flannigan says they gave enough notice for their money-making ambush ban which started at MIDNIGHT - After many hardworking citizens were already in bed - EIGHT hours before the snow just BARELY started to fall and did not begin to accumulate until AFTER 1:00 pm. I guess li'l Willie-boy must be watching too many cartoons and thinks snow comes down in one big comedic clump. PLOP! Yep, its a snowstorm! That ban could have- and SHOULD have- been set for 8:00/9:00 am which would have been MORE than enough time to clear any cars. And what a great plowing job they do. I saw at least THREE plows riding around plows up - Great way to tack on the mileage without straining the transmission. I also saw plow trucks clearing out private driveways and parking places for, I assume, friends/family on the taxpayer's dime. I know this because the idiot almost backed into my car while I was pulling out. He was clearing out a spot under the direction of a little old lady from her porch. But hey, you can't fight City Hall. Flim Flam says it was a good job. I know that at least 1500 ticket recipents don't agree. And where we can't fight it we can vote and make L'il Flim Flam another OTW (One-Term Wonder) like Mayuh Correia.

You are all a bunch of whiners. We had 17+ inches. There is hardly anywhere to put it. A snow fall of that magnitude takes days to clean up and with the idoits clearing walks, driveways and parking spaces who shovel it back in to the streets and the plowers who are doing private drives making a mess it is no wonder the streets never get clean. Deal with it.

A parking ban that starts 6 hours before the snow starts is nothing but a way of the Greedy city to start tagging cars for the sole purpose of collecting Fines. One the snow starts then its legitimate.

the streets of fall river were horrendous, that's why they cancelled school for monday. i am amazed at how many people didn't even shovel the sidewalks in front of their property, i understand we got almost 2' of snow, but when you own a corner lot you should also own a snow blower. i saw so many people with baby carriages walking in the street, i am surprised no one got hit or killed walking on these streets.

The side street's are in horrible shape! Look's like the plow's went threw most of them only once! The one's that are in good shape have mountain's of snow at the corner's making it impossible to see oncoming traffic.

i would say i give fall river snow cleaning an F i think they did a bad job they didnt clean nothing and didnt drop salt no where on williams st there was about nine 18 wheelers truck in the snow and even though there truckers were helped by regular people to get out the snow not 1 truck passed to make the situation better. there was a bunch of snow trucks driving around getting free money because the streets looked like shit.

this city deserves an F. Its snow removal is horrible, understandably the city has no money for overtime but all streets even main roads as bay st slade st middle st area are all bad ......why have a parking ban if you dont do anything to those who abuse it. we need a stronger snow storm policy cause the one this city has is horrible
