The one car that should be included in this list is the 56 studebaker Golden Hawk. It had a Packard 352 ci. engine wotih 400 ft bls of torque. It was an amazing performer. the subseqeunt hawks used the stude engilne with a supercharger. The Packard engine was in its second year of production in 56 and was designed to be bored and stroked out to over 600 ci. One rumor circulating is that the Bentley Mulsanne is using the packard block to this day. The Packard Hawk wasa travesty for the Packard name. Comparable to putting a Cadillac nameplate on a Cobalt
