I note that one response is "Nope,it's no one's business what they do with their genitals." However the whole point is that almost inevitably it is NOT a case of what they do to THEIR genitals but what they are insisting by means of FORCE is to be done to someone else's genitals. This is clearly a case of Assault and should be treated as such under the law.
