There is no question whether God is sovereign over everything, including salvation (John 1:12-13; Ephesians 1-2, Romans 8-11, etc.). And there is no question whether humans are responsible, hence the commands for humans to "repent," "believe," "confess," "come," etc. Clearly, those who do repent, believe, confess, come, etc., do so because they are elect, but they are still responsible. Hammering out all the details of sovereignty and responsibility is difficult, even mysterious, to me. So, there you go.
