It is because of minority institutions that the spread education in neglected pockets of India has taken place. Had it been only Govornment doing it, Then Bihar and Orisa would not have produce highly litratrate people. Corruption limits our capabilities whatever may be the cause.
Thus the neglected part of a body is strengthened means body is growing strong.

Governemet must first stop sponcering religions. As a first step let us stop all holidays based on religion. Employees can be given an equal number of extra days as leave to be used as and when they want (watch how many would really avail it on religious days). Second no form of religion say it be a processsion or display shall be allowed in public places like streets. Then ban all mention of religion, cast etc in all government forms. There can only be a classification based on economic status. For solically deprided people , who in any case are also economically backward, we should have to link it to their earning capabilities.

The first step towards secularism is to stop mentioning the cast in School leaving Certificates. Then banning cast certificates given out from Vilaage offices and panchayats/Muncipalities etc. There is nothing like a scheduled caste or tribe in this world. All these systems are create by our governments or the system. Reservation on the economic ground (like the APL/BPL quota in ration card) is meaningfull. This can help people in distruss to cope up with the challenges and social justice can be maintaind in due course of time. Giving encouragements on caste and religion can only widen the gap. Religion and faith should be a personal thing and no benifits should be given either to minorities or majorities.

What is ment by minority, by religion or by linguistic or by cast? When we preach religion and cast systems are personal in a secular state and India is for Indians, the very terminology MINORITY is hiprocracy. Being a welfare state does not mean doleing out to have nots just because they are have nots. If taxes are used to uplift the less blessed people, then they should be accountable to the benifits they recieve and to reciprocate for the eradication of poverty by their honest toil. Mere littaracy is not education and only realised experience is knowledge and this develops skill and today our society is unskilled. that is why there is huge loss and wastage, depriving the worthy others, leading to groupism/clanishness, thus the tendency to form a dynastic patern of ethos for survival, depriving the worthy and going down in performance, leading to loss/waste, a cyclic expericence.

In a secular country it is illogical and abnormal to have a distinction between minroity and majority on religious basis at all. Further such divisions create enmity and hatred between communities as well.According to UN Charter only those minorities with less than 5 percent of population merit to be given speical minority privileges and in our banana republic though minority muslims and christian are nearly 15 percent of the population, they are showered with special privileges and concession by crooked rulers making them vote banks and trying every thing to spolit majority hindus into various factions and make them fight using various dirty trivks like specail reservation, etc, etc.Only sc.st hindus merit reservation because they have suffered discrimination for many centuries. In our secular country all special minority privileges and reservations must be immediately banned or abolished.

I believe, the minority educational institutions are doing a remarkable job not only in the urban areas but also in the rural areas, especially among the tribal people. Also if we take a look at the premiur educational institutions in india, those run by the minority communities stands first in quality.

Who can deny the fact that majority of the the best proffessionals in our country including politicians were passed out from the institutions run by the minority communities???
