I personally think they both wore it well. Selena looks cute (as she always does!), but what she wore with it (boots, hair accessory, tights) doesn't compliment the dress. Maybe a necklace might help? Taylor looks pretty (love the bold shoes!) but I don't like her tights.

Taylor wore it better in almost every single way. Her shoes were more out there also. Loved it :)
