Hi Niall. I use CoTweet - it's working out well. Couple of small bugs (it's in beta), but nothing to get in a knot about!
On my home PC I use Tweetdeck, on the move I use Tweetie on my iPhone, at work it's usually Echofon as it can be integrated into Firefox making it more discreet.
