I agree, both parties are responsible. But honestly, I would say it's a little bit more on the woman. If you tryna fuck him with a head scarf on, big ass shirt and some granny panties, talkin bout "lets go, get it up".. that might not be enough motivation for him. I mean, he can't MAKE himself get hard, just like we can't MAKE ourselves get wet. The girl should put in a little extra work to get the dude hard, just as well as the dude should put in extra work to get the girl wet.
