    Usability of the system, User adoption of the system and Taxonomy/Metadata development - Fall out as 1,2 and 3. That is understandable. The major players Documentum & IBM/FileNet are not user friendly at all and depend heavily on Policy, Taxonomy and Metadata which most developers do not understand. This makes user adoption difficult. When will the industry realize that end users need more intuitive interfaces not the developers.
