I must admit I'm all for ditching the crappy barrel vest & making something for yourself but when I saw that "his eyes lit up" when he realized it was for him...I mean you can't really dash his hopes & dreams....wait...no no you can't! Make a new vest that rocks then make yourself 2 things!

I would have voted for ditch Dan but the barrel man wouldn't have been as cute (obviously) but more important, the barrel man would have wanted MORE sewing for HIM! That would just be wrong.
