I've slaved back of house for years and can proudly say it wins hands down. Thats why its in the back. So people dont see the lengths taken to produce the end experience
Back of house staff work more harder than the front staff, but it's all coming together as team work.
Eventhough I work F.O.H and would like to say we work the hardest, I'll be lying. In B.O.H there is a shitload of work
Ppl lets us be realist all departments contrubutes in different ways, if departments dont come together then the GUEST will not be satisfied.
