Personally, I would be ecstatic to see Huckabee & Palin ticket!! Those are the only two who in my opinion have the best interest of the Nation and the hearts of servants of the people!!

  • april - 2 years ago

why is there not a "neutral" or "none of the above" category for this poll?

  • AbbzRose911 - 2 years ago

    THAT "Esther" is SARAH PALIN!

  • AbbzRose911 - 2 years ago

This nation needs an "Esther" who understand our need for national repentance!

  • dot - 2 years ago

I like Newt for Secretary of the State. I think he has too much personal "baggage" to win the nomination for president. I think Mitt is more of an elitist. We the People have had enough of the elite! We want a candidate who will govern based on the Constitution of the United States and who will protect Her borders! A canidate who is like us.
I like Huckabee and Palin. Huck's views beginning his shows are at times, re-assuring, but I don't think he is assertive enough. I think he would be a great VP. Palin not only talks the talk, but walks the walk. She is more assertive, she supports our troops, and she cleaned up the mess in the Alaskan government. If you don't understand why she stepped down from being governor by now, you will NEVER understand. She did what was best for Alaska! My vote goes to Palin with Huck as VP!
I don't think Cheney should be president, not because I don't like him, but because he has some serious health issues. I like Pawlenty, but would have to hear more from him and the other candidates before making a final decision.
As far as all the "cheating" with the voting here goes, don't you understand that voter cheating is probably what helped get our "dictator" president elected! Let's develop personal integrity!
Let's get back to following the Constitution............let the states do their jobs. The Federal goverment SHOULD NOT take everybodys tax money to buy votes from Nebraska & Louisana. Let's drill for oil while we search for alternate energy. Let's quit buying products from countries who are totally against us. Let's encourage our businesses to come back to our country by lowering taxes on them. Let's cut the PORK out of Washington (just like Palin did in Alaska).
The capital gains tax reduction that Obama promised to small businesses IS a farce! Small businessee don't pay Capital Gains Tax! I want a president who is honest. One who will admit they made a mistake. One who will tell the American people the truth. I don't think we need a crooked lawyer for president! Let's rid ourselves of ALL Progressives! I'm a great-grandmother and I don't need Uncle Sam to make decisions for me! My mind is, thankfully, still pretty sharp.
We had to pay into SS & Medicare. When I was in business, I had to pay double (the personal part and the business part). We were just hard-working, middle-class Americans who didn't ask the Feds for anything but to keep us safe and follow the Constitution. Now SS & Medicare are broke and this administration wants to take $5 billion from Medicare to jump-start Obamacare. I say HELL NO!
The president's meeting with the Republicans next Thrusday is also a FARCE as a health-care bill is supposed to be posted on the internet Monday! This president thinks we are ignorant to say the least!
By the way, I am an ex-Democrat (Kennedy era) and an ex-Teamster.
Also, I'd like to put all this global warming snow in Al Gore's........ lawn to say the least!
So............GO Palin in 2012! Keep working and speaking out for us!

    ROMNEY / DeMINT in 2012!

  • Sarah Williams - 2 years ago

    Sarah Palin rocks ;)

  • Gene - 2 years ago

My vote was Newt Gingrich because he would be the most qualified candidate for President, BUT Newt I do not believe could ever win a national election because it has been proven "over and over" in politics, the most qualified candidate usually does not win. It is all based on personality and/or who promises the public the most for them. Of course, they never follow through on 95% of their promises.

Newt is the best and most adept candidate for the interest of the USA, but I believe Sarah Palin would have a better chance to win of those listed because of her personality and ability to speak directly to the true "grassroots" GOP and independent voters. Sarah Palin has the entire GOP establishment worried, and they should be because she is not a follower.... She is a leader with a lot of support.

One thing for certain, it is over for the democrats unless things change and Obama, his admistration and the democratic leaders change. It appears that is not going too happen.

2014 can't get here fast enough for me, hopefully the above will not totally distroy America before then, but they are certainly trying their very best to do so. Along with the entire elected demos in the U.S. senate and house.

I voted for Huckabee the last GOP Primary, BUT there is no excuse and nothing he can say that would ever justify the fact that his actions let a convicted killer out of jail so that he could kill those law enforcement officers.

  • Paulee - 2 years ago

Who won the C- straw poll three years in a row? Romney.... Who as a Preacher said, "Mitt believes the devil and Jesus are brothers?" Huckabee ...Who lied about W. Virginia, "wind at his back." No, gifted from McCain to stop Romney..Huckabee...Mitt was ahead of Huckabee until he suspended...Which meant he could jump back at anytime...Mitt is never a quitter...Mitt is a turnaround expert...and this country God only knows ....needs HIM...Romney 2012...I am a catholic, by the way...

    David: 2010-02-07 05:39:29 ET
This is the David I was addressing. Apologies to others.

  • Swordmaiden - 2 years ago

David: I bet it doesn't hurt a bit that both Hiuckabee and Palin are so called "Born again Christians" ... and tell me, do you think those are the only ones worthy to be called Christian? (I wonder how Christ feels about that attitude...)

Bigotry within the Republican Party is what got us in this mess. Arrogant Bigotry!

There is only ONE candidate with the God Given GIFT to see clearly what must be done to save our economy. You know who it is: Just like Philo T. Farnsworth was given a gift, and visualized how to create Television.

I will not be part of any group that chooses to forget that we are a nation founded on Religious Freedom. In fact, I will not be affiliated in any way with people who practice hate an a regular basis, who believe they do not have to adhere to the Lord's directive on Judging others, who believe the Golden Rule only applies to those they deign worthy to apply it to. In my long life I have never seen so much hatred spewed out in venomous slander as I saw in our last presidential election! Push-polling, fraudulent forged Christmas Cards and much more. And, you call that being Christian? You are right! MY Christianity follows the teachings of the Jesus Christ as taught by him. I know that He is a Living God and still fully able to speak when and where HE chooses! I sat on my thumbs before. I will NOT do so again! The cost of your hatred is far too high and threatens our nation! And it is YOU who are responsible for this administration being in power, and you know it!

  • Max - 2 years ago

I'm impressed with Romney. He's a workhorse for conservative causes and the Republican Party. Whenever I hear him being interviewed, he speaks substantively with solutions to the mess the United States is in. He doesn't engage in pettiness, either. I like that.

  • Maurice Clemmons - 2 years ago

You know my vote goes to the "Merciful Mike" Huckabee.
    P.S. Google me!

  • Virginia Patriot - 2 years ago

I voted Cheney, the others are all pretenders. There is no possibility that he would run. Notice that none of the people offered will enforce the immigration laws? That's not accidental. Fox is owned by the cheap labor importers, too.

Palin is stumping for McAmnesty. She has cleared up where she stands on the rule of law, national sovereignty, and defending our borders.

  • BOSMAN - 2 years ago

    ROMNEY / DeMINT in 2012!

  • penny - 2 years ago

I will not vote for Romney
Palin is the only outsider on this list.
I know the chances of her being on the ticket is a long shot.
Politics as usual, control of the old timer establishment.
I agree with everything she has written so far. If someone else would voice her views I would consider them.
Have to stop corruption and spending beyond our means.
    Follow our constitution
No one else has done it yet in moddern time. So is it still smoke and mirrors from the establishment. Where will the liers stop from both parties and a real solution be addressed to tackled a real solution to our problems.
Palin is the only one who has looked at it from a true conservative common sense view point.

  • David - 2 years ago

Where is Fred Thompson in your list? We need a president that understands and believes our government should follow the constitution. Fred is the right person for the job.

Sarah we need your voice but not as President - at least not yet. Mitt can go back to govt run healthcare in Mass. Gingrich is still just playing politics - you had your shot and left us wanting. Huckabee - McCain light (if you can imagine), would be a repeat of a 2008 nightmare. This group wants it too much and lack either the experience or the conviction required.

Cheney would be my pick if I thought his health was sound. I hope he continues to be a voice for the people.

Where are you Fred? We need you on this one!

  • Stefan - 2 years ago

I know better than to visit these "poll comment" site but suppose its akin to watching a car crash. Majority of comments here, as with many other such site, sound like grade schoolers from South Park...Huckbee RULES, Palin SUCKS, Romney is just stupid and goes to a dif church.. EVIL, blah, blah, blah. These picking the leader to literally save this nation, in its current from, is NOT cheering for your fav football team. (WE RULE, YOU SUCK, etc).
Like I said, should not read these sites, I always come away with the sinking feeling we do not deserve to be saved......

  • BBP - 2 years ago

Where is none of the above? I like Huckabee, but he is not going to be President. If this is the best my former party can do, then I plan to start frequenting downtown restaurants so that I can get the President's autograph before he is reelected in 2012.

  • Texas Hates Huck! - 2 years ago

    Sarah Palin FTW!

  • Trepae - 2 years ago

Mitt Romney was a very successful Governor of Mass.

He got them out of debt and turn that state around. He could do the same and more in Wash. It is a fact that he left them with a rainy day fund. The criticisms I read on the internet about Mitt Romney are unfair, taken out of context or the flat out untrue. He would be a great President. I hope he will prevail because our country needs a great leader.

I put very little stock in this poll. I think Mitt will be the nominee regardless of what this poll says.

  • Truth - 2 years ago

You ACORN people need to get off of this site.

The American people are starting to realize that LIC didn't win this election that ACORN stole this election.

  • Nicole C - 2 years ago

I love Gov. Huckabee and hope he keeps doing his show on Fox.

    Sarah is the future.

  • Susan - 2 years ago

I'm surprised Palin is doing so well is this type of poll where there's no voting limit. She usually comes in last in because the small fringe left will mass vote for every candidate but her in order to marginalize her. Also surprising is how well since she hasn't even announced she'd run. When she does her support will be massive. She'll have the GOP, tea-partiers and the majority of independents behind her. She will definitely beat Obama in 2012.

  • JasonT - 2 years ago

Thanks for praying for me because I'm a very disturbed soul. I get all uptight about meaningless poll and I'm angry at my brother for it. I have a beam in my eye, can you help me remove it?

You Huckabee folk take things way too seriously. I admire for taking Huckabee seriously as you should, but just forget about this poll. IT IS INCONSEQUENTIAL!

  • JasonT - 2 years ago

Amanda - Why the sudden fury? Because I'm finally doing some votes for the old Mittster? Is that where I crossed the line? I've done 1000 for him but almost 6000 for Huckabee. If you don't like this poll and it makes you mad, just ignore it!

  • Amanda - 2 years ago

Jason T, grow up! You have probably added most of the votes for everyone on here. You have totally lost your credibility. The real polls have shown Gov. Huckabee winning...those that people can't cheat... PPP poll, Gallop USA poll, Value Voters Poll, and several others! Those are the true polls, and those are the polls that count, and Huckabee beat out Sarah Palin, Mitt Romney and the rest fair and square. :) All you have proven is that you are immature, and have some honesty issues that you need to work on! I'll keep you in my prayers. Have a nice evening while you think about your character and the direction it is heading.

    DEAR Ms. Rayborn,

    SHUT UP YA LUNATIC!!!

  • Linda - 2 years ago

Anyone who takes the time to revisit the debates via you tube will discover that Gov. Huckabee was the ONLY Republican talking about problems with the economy back in 2008. He was the ONLY ONE who spoke out agianst the Bush stimulus checks saying folks would just go out and buy Walmart mdse MADE IN CHINA further boosting China's economy, not helping ours. He was the ONLY leading candidate pushing THE FAIR TAX, the singlemost thing that could rebound the economy. He has COMMON SENSE answers to the problems of or country. He WALKS HIS TALK. Even though people may not agree with him on every issue, we know we can TRUST him to DO THE RIGHT THING for America..... Huckabee 2012!!!!

  • JasonT - 2 years ago

I've done enough for Huck and Palin and even Newt. Now ima help out poor old Mittens.

  • William Warren - 2 years ago

As president, give me Palin, Huckabee, Romney, Gingrich, or Jindal. As long as all of these god-fearing people are in office come 2010, our nation will be safe. Barack Obama is exactly what he says he is. A MARXIST!

  • David - 2 years ago

Sure is stupid all the people who have no idea about these online polls.I see a Gingrich gang is doing the scew tonight.Next Pawlentys guys will be here.Way to go Jason T.I just laugh at the fools who believe this crap and tell others my guy won the poll daddy.Anyways these polls are all meaningless, that includes the cnn, fox, cbs, abc,& rasmussen.Theres only one poll that matters 3 years from now. When the primaries start then I will watch a few polls, but certainly not a poll daddy.

  • JasonT - 2 years ago

TO DAVID: With all due respect it only takes one person. If you read the comments above you'll see that I put in 5697 for Huckabee myself. THAT IS MORE THAN ANY OTHER CANDIDATE HAS TOTAL. It really pissed the Hucksters off when I told them I was pulling their leg. They thought they were winning the poll haha.

Not only does it only take one person, I did 5600 votes in only 4 hours. And I stopped 4 days ago. If I continued til today Huck would be at 140,000 votes.

You are right that these polls that allow you to delete cookies are stupid.

  • David - 2 years ago

These poll daddy polls are a joke. Its so easy to dump your cookies and cheat.I dont watch polls that much anyhow. However Romney and Palin are neck and neck. The rest of this pack are so far behind right now its funny to see.I like Romney,Palin well she would be a great VP for someone.I do hope if Romney wins he picks her.Read the real polls folks(credible surveys) not these cheater online polls. According to AOL Mccain was going to win all 50 states in a landslide 3 days before the election. That shows you just how credible these online polls really are.5 people working together can make anyone win one.

  • mdcon - 2 years ago

Free republic is sending people over here to vote for Palin. I don't think any of these people can beat Obama,we need a new face. Palin is overexposed, she is falling like a rock.
I really like her but I sure never want her being president, maybe a cabinet position.. She is just not uo to the job.

  • Radford E. Pyle - 2 years ago

I think it is time to get a good Christian in the office of President. Someone who has enough sense to do what the people want done and not his own agenda like reduce taxes and get the government out of health care. It is time to let the doctors do the perscriptions and not the congress.

  • Texas For Hukabee - 2 years ago

It's real simple when you refine all the questions and concerns down to who is best qualified, most capable, and most needed for our next President. The great statesman Mike Huckabee! Let's not make any mistake about it in 2012. We can't afford any more losers, non-leaders, inexperienced, and far left leaning socilaists like Obama and his tribe of outlaws!!

  • aussiegeoff - 2 years ago

As a red-blooded conservative (the libertarian, PJ O'Rourke kind - not the looney religious right version) I must say that everytime I hear Sarah Palin talk I think she is a FUCKING RETARD!!!!

She must be the only candidate Obama's camp is genuinely not afraid of. She is a fucktard. Any other candidate there could possibly beat Obama. But everytime that moron Palin opens her mouth she drives away conservatives like me (with a brain) who want true freedom from socialist ideologues.

For what its worth, Newt Gingrich surely must be the most intelligent man the GOP has produced since Reagan. I don't mind Romney and Huckabee but come 2012 Newt is my man!!!!

    Newt Ginrich

  • jeff sherretz - 2 years ago

Most Americans say they want to send "Mr. or Mrs. Smith to Washington" but when an honest, untainted Washington outsider with integrity actually comes along we seem to be curiously full of something unmentionable.
Americas not ready for Sarah Palin. Not because She's not ready but because the majority of us must still ween ourselves off the Government Tit.
The best true Conservative we are prepared to follow is Mike Huckabee and his goal of the Fair Tax which would put the power of commerce back in the hands of the people and would actually increase revenue if Congress were finally forced into discipline.
I would like to see Sarah Palin at least make a Senate run and make an impact there.
Palin is ready to lead, but we must be ready to follow.

  • Howard, Fred - 2 years ago

After Obama, any Conservative Candidate for President is a winner, however, we must put our best choice forward as he and/or she has their work cut out for them to recover from the mess our Nation is in both here and abroad. I like Mike Huckabee better than the other choices presented and feel Sarah Palin would make a great Sec. of State or possibly Vice President. I also like Newt Gingrich for VP because of his experience in Politics and his rational yet intellectual decision making. All that said, the next President of the USA is and will be the most important choice our Nation has or will ever make considering the current State of our Union and the priority issues and challenges we face in meeting the threats to our very existence and survival as a Sovereign Nation that has any resemblance to the one our ForeFathers created. We need to join forces with the Constitution Party and other organized movements who's strategy it is to restore the USA as a God Fearing Nation with the moral, ethical, and religious standards that set us apart from all others and made us the standard bearers for Freedom and Liberty for all man and created a place like no other that all want to come to. We must unite to assure we regain a position of authority not for the power it gives but for the responsibility we have as leaders of the Free World.
    God Bless America,

Huckabee 2012! I think he would make a fantastic leader and president. He is an incredible man!

  • maygon - 2 years ago

I love Mike Huckabee. I have been watching him and listening to him for 2 years. He is the only one with successful governing experience in a political climate like we are in now. He is a man who very tough and resilient. He has solid principles that governs his decisions and a communication style that is clear and resonant. He has already been vetted and is without scandal or questionable dealings. He was drafted by people to run and chose to accept and put a regular life aside. He is the kind of person we need to lift this nation up. I trust him to do right by where we are as a nation. Meet us where we are and make us better by a vertical vision, true leadership and setting a good example. Like fiscal responsibility!!

  • Jackson - 2 years ago

Gov Huckabee is clearly the best choice for replacing Obama in 2012 but I fear he may not want to quit his "day" job on Fox; does a great job there too by the way.

  • geketa - 2 years ago

I wonder what it is about folks that don't want a G-d fearing man/women in office? Is it that they themselves are so G-dless they might get their feelings hurt and not be able to further their agendas or that such a persons would turn this country, upside down which would in turn make it , right side up ? I for one am sick and tired of living in a country just a gnats hair away from communism. Give me a good Christian Conservative anytime!

  • David E Anderson - 2 years ago

Huckabee has the intellect, the character, and the experience to make a fine President. He always has the strength the challenge the corrupt elements in the Congress, and restore order in government by going over their heads to the American people. There would be short term pain if he was elected, but long term gain. America has to assure its future by electing a man like Huckabee.

  • sue brown - 2 years ago

Mike Huckabee is God-loving, God fearing, God-serving, conservative, doing the right thing. Not self serving, but serving We The People for the good of America and the world. He is very honest, sincere, practical, down to earth, emphathetic, understands and truly cares for people just as the Lord Jesus Christ is for all mankind and wants us all to be. He walk the walk and not just talk the talk. He is definitely not one who has "nose up in the air, the elite". He is a genuine child of our Lord Jesus Christ. (Too bad my 21 and 22 yo son and daughter and I were not able to make it to Israel recently with the Huckabees. Hope we can make it for the Caribbean Cruise this March 2010 w/ the Maxnews conservative group, we pray.) -Sue Brown RN BSN, fmr CEO/owner of Health Care Agencies/medical student.)

It's really funny how Huckabee's "rigged" numbers are supported by a majority of the comments...oh, wait! JasonT must've rigged the comments section, too!

  • Darla Smith - 2 years ago

I agree to "most" of what Wendall Skinner said. I totally agree that we need a God-fearing President (and Vice President) who will guide us back to our Christian values. Mike Huckabee is a Christian and also has past experience in government as Governor of Arkansas. I would favor a Huckabee/Palin ticket.

  • Wendell Skinner - 2 years ago

The only hope for this country is Jesus Christ. Then after that physical men or women in leadership following Christ!
My choices would be: Huckabee for president
    Romney for Vice President
    Palin for Secretary of State
    Cheny for Secretary of Defense
    Gingrich for Secretary of Labor

Then objectives: 1) Repeal the Federal Reserva Act
    2) Close down the IRS, eliminate all income taxes
    3) Institute a national sales tax of 10% initially, to decrease
    when deficit is under control
    4) Eliminate 50% of government employees initially then
    more as possible
    5) Repeal all laws by current Congress.
    6) Schedule the pay back to treasury of all stimulus money,
    remove government out of businesses.
    7) Put all citizens, on optional basis, on same health plans
and retirement plan as government employees with
    insurance companies competing nationally.
    8) Cancel all travel expenses of Congress between home
    and Washington
    9) Print money only with gold backed securities
    10) Cancel all foreign aid
    11) Terminate wars ASAP
    12) Drill for resources off shore and on our lands
    13) Boot the U.N. out of the country
    14) Make all favorable laws to permit all U.S. businesses to
    flourish.
    15) Change tariffs to encourage U.S. business
    16) Repeal Roe v. Wade
    17) Allow displays of any religious symbols equally
    18) Repeal all laws that prevent worship in schools
    19) Encourage alternate energy development
    20) Strengthen our military to the point no one will "mess"
    with us.
I am sure there are more things to improve or change.

  • Earl Tomlinson - 2 years ago

Mike Huckabee is the best choice for President as he is a reasonable man with the experience and balance needed to guide this country forward. I see him as a conservative but not so far right to turn off the electorate. Romney would be my second choice although by a significant distance. How about a Huckabee/Romney ticket? Hmmm!

  • Todd Morris - 2 years ago

I like Sara Palin and think she is a genuine and good person. I also think she COULD be an effective president, but let's be honest. She didn't even complete one term as Governor of Alaska. Mike Huckabee served 10 1/2 years in Arkansas cleaning up the Clinton mess, and left office with high approval ratings. He is a proven product. Now Sara Palin is more qualified to be president than Obama, but her experience and record doesn't even place her in the same class with Huckabee. Look the field over. Mike Huckabee is by far the most proven leader of a government in the field. If Republicans had nominated him last time instead of annointing a moderate who had to put Palin on his ticket to get as many votes as he did, we might not be facing the Obama crisis and the destruction of this nation as we have known it.

  • Rebecca J - 2 years ago

I believe Huckabee is the best choice - hands down. He would have won if that spoiler - what was that actor's name? - hadn't made it number one priority to damage Huckabee with false accusations, etc. That actor's campaign, once it did run, was soley focused on Huck. AGAINST Huck. I'm sorry for all you Palin supporters, Hucabee has a PROVEN TRACK RECORD AS GOVERNOR. PALIN COULDN'T BOTHER TO SERVE ONE LITTLE TERM. Sounds like a Perot "dirty tricks" tack she's taking. Boo. No good.

  • Robert Clinkert - 2 years ago

I believe Huckabee is the best choice. I really hope he runs in 2012. Didn't know much about him until a few months ago. I am very glad that we have a transparent man like him in politics. One of the only honest and frank candidates I have seen in my lifetime. Huckabee 2012!

  • Voter - 2 years ago

So, now that Jason T has retired for the night: Huckabee has moved from 6001 to 6102, and Palin has moved from 2760 to 2829.

"Mischief managed???" Sounds more to me like "credibility lost."

  • JasonT - 2 years ago

I stopped doing Cheney a while ago. Someone else is doing a macro on Palin, it's not me. I'm done for the night.

    Mischief managed.

  • Voter - 2 years ago

Okay, no more Cheney -- guess the Cheney supporters didn't read the e-mails. But, WOW, look at the Palin numbers, in under a minute she has 15 votes.

So, now, Jason T, I have invested enough energy in your nonsense.

Guess we will have Palin at 60% in short order.

Congratulations for proving to everyone beyond a doubt. how nonsensical these internet polls really are.

  • Linda - 2 years ago

If there is anyone on here who truly feels Sarah Palin is more qualified than Governor Huckabee to be president, I really feel sorry for your judgement. We have seen what selecting an unqualifed person can do to harm this country. We certainly can't afford ANOTHER ONE. I feel either Governor Huckabee or Mitt Romney will be the nominee. Governor Huckabee is CLEARLY a cut above any of the other candidates!

  • Nora Earnest - 2 years ago

Governor Mike Huckabee is a Godly man and will represent our country well
in 2012. What you see is what you get. You won't find dirt in his life. He will be a remarkable and different type of President. There won't be secrets that come out before or after he is voted in as President. That's what I like about him. Honesty and integrity. Not many have that anymore. I will be praying that God will bless our country with a strong Godly principled man.

In 30 seconds, Palin went from 2770 to 2776 and Cheney stayed the same.

Guess you are taking my advice -- forget about Cheney -- start moving Palin up to board.

  • Voter - 2 years ago

Hey, Jason, in the last three minutes, Huckabee went from 6081 to 6087; Palin went from 2760 to 2770 and Cheney went from 1566 to 1567.

  • Linda Rayborn - 2 years ago

Governor Huckabee is the ONLY hope for this country. He is in a class all by himself!! To be honest, I can't even imagine who I would support if he does not run. As far as I am concerned, there can be no subsittutes!!!

  • Tricia4Huck - 2 years ago

voted for Huckabee the first time, I'll vote for him again. As far as the cop killer thing goes, is that the best you got?? He had nothing to do with that and that is OBVIOUS. Huckabee is genuine.

  • Voter - 2 years ago

And there goes Palin -- she just gained 15 votes in 1 minute.

WOW -- guess someone who supports her just sent out lot of e-mails, too.

  • Voter - 2 years ago

Hey, Jason T, Huckabee moved from 6001 to 6076 and Palin is only at 2730. So, left to their own devices, they are moving about the same rate.

COME ON NOW -- you better forget about Cheney and start moving that Palin up the board --

  • JasonT - 2 years ago

WOW. Someone who supports Dick Cheney must have sent an email out to a lot of people to get that many votes in a poll!

  • VFT - 2 years ago

    JasonT,

You had some nerve calling Huckabee supporters cheaters, when you are the CHEATER. I was over at a Sarah Palin website, and one of her supporters said that Huckabee had to start winning these online polls if he really was a leader in the polls. I told him that these polls are easily hacked, and you just proved it. Yes, Ron Paul supporters and Mitt Romney supporters have cheated in the past too,. Mike Huckabee supporters do not cheat, we win with the voters in the ACCURATE national polls which have shown Mike Huckabee the first Republican candidate to beat Obama in the poll (last PPP).

To tell you the truth, all you have done is make me LESS likely to ever vote for Sarah Palin in the primaries (if she runs in 2012).

  • IowaforHuckabee - 2 years ago

Seriously, Jason? Back away from the computer, my former friend. Just think of the time you could have spent with that precious family you have instead of wasting over four hours dishonestly manipulating/cheating on a poll to try to make your former friends look bad. I tell my kids it takes a lifetime to build your character and one second to totally wipe it out. You need to take a good hard look in the mirror and ask yourself if you are proud of the man you have become over the past year.

    HUCKABEE/ROMNEY 2012

  • Voter - 2 years ago

    Absolutely, Amanda.

I am also so grateful that it was not a Huckabee supporter manipulating the poll.

Jason, go fight your revolution -- leave the real work to the grown-ups!

  • Amanda - 2 years ago

    JasonT,

I am so thankful that someone as dishonest as you is not a Huck supporter! Huck's an honest guy who brings in honest people! :)

You have a sick way of playing games, accusing people of being dishonest, when in fact, you are the dishonest one, and even admit it after making the accusations! I bet Sarah Palin or Mitt Romney would be ashamed to have you as a supporter. By the way... aren't you a Mitt Romney supporter?

I will pray for you because you certainly need the prayers! I like Sarah Palin... but I think Huckabee is the best person for the job!

By the way, I doubt you kept up with the count of how many votes you put in. That's an awful lot to keep up the count!

    Amanda

Jason -- all you have proven -- in an extremely immature way -- is that Palin suppoters manipulate polls -- and Huckabee supporters do not -- hence, Palin wins manipulated polls by 60%.

Don't forget -- once you have driven Cheney all the way up -- pull Palin all the way to 60% -- just for consistency.

Governor Mike Huckabee is my candidate. He is a straight shooter, He tells it
like it is His Christian view point and beliefs are the center of his life. Christ is first, his family and country in that order. He is a man of his word.
He speaks his mind without apologizing to anyone. His books reveal the

leading our country. He would guide our country out of the darkness we are in
today. One Nation Under God, we must return to that truth.

Jason, it will not be the power of Huck's Army that will prevail for Mike Huckabee. It will be the candidate himself.

    I repeat:

We will take the votes when they count -- at the IA caucus.

I sincerely hope for Palin's sake that all her supporters are not as immature as you.

  • JasonT - 2 years ago

Oh, look at that Cheney is suddenly popular! And what happened to Huck's fantastic pace. It wasn't real..... that's what.

  • voter - 2 years ago

Jason -- we will leave you to your manipulated polls.

I leave you to your revolution!

  • JasonT - 2 years ago

voter- accordingly to the link I provided and from what Amanda and Shelley have said. A lot of you are excited you've won this poll. You were feeling the POWER of the Huck's Army. This will be a good story to tell my friends tomorrow.

  • JasonT - 2 years ago

    So FYI:

One PC did 2145 votes for Huck. The other did 3552. 5697 in all.

6000 votes for HUCK minus my 5697 equals = 303!!! LOL

You haven't even passed Mormon Romney let alone reached the original 900 there was for Sarah! And as far as I can see there is no organized effort to push the Mittster.

303.... lol. I could get that many Paul supporters to bomb a poll in an 30 minutes.

Too bad he's not running. Guess it will be Sarah - the next best thing.

  • Voter - 2 years ago

"HUCKUBEE SUPPORTERS YOU"VE BEEN HAD.... BY ME! Ha ha ha."

JasonT -- you miss the point -- probably because you don't bother reading anything but your own posts.

We are not "excited" because Huckabee is winning an internet poll. If you had read my post I acknowledged readily that these polls are meaningless - the reason being that people like you manipulate them all the time -- which is exactly why Palin gets to 60% in them.

We place some of our emphasis on actual polls conducted by PPP, Gallup, Rasmussuen, CNN, ABC and every single polling outfit out there.

And we place the bulk on our energy on FACTS -- which you do not have the tolerance to review.

So, again, I leave you to your revolution!!

  • JasonT - 2 years ago

OK - I've stop voting for Huckabee at 6000 votes. He now has ... 6001

Gingrinch currently has about 160 votes.

Let the number fly for Gingrich and the numbers for Huck will fall back into ananemic pace, despite it being mailed out to 2000 people.

  • Voter - 2 years ago

"BUT, it seems you are ignoring something important: PALIN NEARLY TRIPLED HUCK IN FUNDRAISING, and now that she's endorsed Rand Paul watch out for the R3lovution to get behind her and leave the Huckster in the dust."

And HuckPac beat Palin in actual donations == over 16,000 for HuckPac to 14,000 for SarahPac.

So, if you get this far in your reading tolerance, you may realize that more people actually donated to HuckPac than Sarah Pac.

Jason, I never "ignore" anything -- I don't deal with fantasy, fevor or phony facts. I analyze with eyes wide open so that I can provide my candidate with the greatest level of support -- always with reality in mind.

I leave you to your "revolution" --

  • Jim Reese - 2 years ago

Huckabee is the only major political figure who has made it a major point to support the Fair Tax....to eliminate the IRS. That could change entire culture in this country! I hope others will support H.R. 25.

  • JasonT - 2 years ago

HUCKUBEE SUPPORTERS YOU"VE BEEN HAD.... BY ME! Ha ha ha.

Oh man I've been laughing my head off the last four hours. I'm the one that's doing all the voting for Huckabee and you guys think it's because of your fakeroots mailing lists. Sent out to 2000 people?

I latched onto this poll when Sarah had about 900 votes and Huckabee had 100. I decided I'm gonna throw this just to show how meaningless it is. With a macro on just 2 computers I have put in roughly 5500 votes for Huckabee in 4 hours.

It's funny to see how Huckabee people started coming and commenting because they thought they were winning. I found this at HucksArmy:
    http://forum.hucksarmy.com/viewtopic.php?f=168&t=22084&sid=5be6e835deffdf21298b77814fdde568

TO PROVE THAT THIS IS THE WORK OF ONE MAN AND NOT HUCKSARMY...
I will stop the macros when Huck gets to 6000 votes, and then we'll see how suddenly popular Dick Cheney is about to get.

Then well see how slow Huckabee's numbers grow, and see if Cheney can get about 1800 votes an hour.

Shame on FOX news for putting up such an easy poll the cheat in.

BTW- When I stop my macros I'll let you HucksArmy people know exactly how many votes I got and how many were yours.

  • Vpter - 2 years ago

"voter- Hint - your comment was way too long and i didn't care so i didn't read all of it"

Maybe if you had taken the time to read my answer, you would have all the answers to your question -- and be aware that we are not "clinging" to any one poll --

As for Zogby -- here is another stat you can ignore: According to Zogby, Palin's strongest base is in the east.

  • JasonT - 2 years ago

voter- Hint - your comment was way too long and i didn't care so i didn't read all of it.

BUT, it seems you are ignoring something important: PALIN NEARLY TRIPLED HUCK IN FUNDRAISING, and now that she's endorsed Rand Paul watch out for the R3lovution to get behind her and leave the Huckster in the dust.

One more thing: PPP poll? Don't you know that they are an admitted left-leaning pooling operation? Why in the world would they want Huckabee to lead a poll? Oh yeah, because he would be the worst candidate ever.

BTW- I love how you guys cling to the PPP and ignore stuff like the new NewsMax poll that has Palin in 1st at 22% and Huck at 4th with 11%. Ha ha.

    Keep grasping!!

  • Voter - 2 years ago

Jason, I totally agree these polls are meaningless. That is why, for the most part, Huckabee supporters didn't indulge themselves and let Palin "sweep" her 60%. This time, we decided differently.

If you really think that her support authentically reaches 60% of the GOP --

if you can ignore the Values Voters Poll, the last 11 PPP polls, the Rasmussen poll, several CNN polls, the Gallup poll --

if you can ignore Palin's net unfavorabilities and pretend that favorabilities are not the precursor to electability --

if you can ignore Huckabee's net favorabilities -- which has beaten out every other potential republican candidate, and, again, which is the precursor to electability --

if you can ignore the Des Moines Iowa poll that showed Huckabee STILL has the greatest favorability -- better than Palin -- better than Romney -- better than everyone --

if you can ignore that Huckabee won the Iowa caucus by nine points -- and that it would take an avalanche for Palin to destroy that -- and that Iowan caucus goers are throwing their 2008 candidate -- the nine-point victor -- to the the wind for no reason whatsoever -- even though he has remained consistently true to his principles subsequent to the caucus --

if you can ignore that Huckabee took every single southern state in the 2008 primary and there is absolutely no reason for southerners to turn against their southern favorite son --

if you can ignore that Huckabee cleaned up evangelical supporters in 2008 (WITHOUT support from religious leaders -- those same religious leaders who now are moving behind him) --

if you can ignore ALL OF THAT -- then, sure, why not believe Palin will mop the floor, et all --

  • Amanda - 2 years ago

I sent an alert to around 2,500 Huckabee fans! :) And I'm sure that some Palin supporters got the word out, too! You can't tell me they didn't! :)

Jason, it isn't cheating to get the word out! Why don't you do the same? Go tell your Palin friends!

Who won the Values Voters Poll? Huckabee
Who won the PPP poll? Huckabee
Who won a Rasmussen poll? Huckabee
Who won a Gallop USA poll? Huckabee

He's been winning the big time polls... beating out Sarah Palin and Mitt Romney. Sarah has plenty of fans, but Huckabee seems to be pulling ahead in several of the polls. He's well liked and well known since he got his Huckabee show! People see thru the media now! :) Go Huckabee!!!

  • JasonT - 2 years ago

LOL. What percent of them do you think really responded? Don't you realize that one of your guys is cheating? Doesn't matter Palin is gonna mop the floor with him in Iowa..

  • Shelley - 2 years ago

JasonT - enough of your whining! I personally sent alerts, messages, emails to over 2,000 people. Do you understanding the theory of exponential factoring? Those 2,000 people can vote however they want and in turn send it out to others. That is what is going on here - not cheating!

  • JasonT - 2 years ago

    Does Huckabee condone this cheating?

  • Jerry Lavoie - 2 years ago

It was a close call for me: Huckabee or Palin. Palin has been vascilating on the issue of whether or not she has further political aspirations for public office, so I nudged her down a notch and chose Huckabee. If there was a magic potion that could put Ronald Reagan on that list, I'd vote for the Gipper. But since we live in the real world, I am left choosing the closest thing I can find to a Reaganite in American politics today... Gov. Mike Huckabee. And shame on Stephen for the cop-killer/RINO comment... go wash your mouth out with soap and rethink your actions, idiot.

  • Granny T - 2 years ago

Gov. Huckabee has 10 1/ years experience working with a Democrat majority and still was able to get things done a fiscally responsibly as possible. He had a high approval rating and could have been elected again if not for term limits. He understands where the majority of people are because he came from among us.

    Huckabee 2012!
