Dropping Christian's ECW Championship? Hmmmmm....
Did you already forget about TNA and its NWA World Heavyweight Championship (and even the World Tag title) in the past? TNA was then granted exclusive rights to both the NWA World Heavyweight Championship and the NWA World Tag Team Championship. TNA withdrew from the NWA in 2004, but was permitted to continue to use the championships until the NWA abrogated the agreement in May 2007 and make their own championship.
So Christian still holding the ECW Title even if there is no more ECW is not an absurd sight. Furthermore, the championship can even help the mid-card to build more and exciting feuds because there is a 'unique' title that's maybe not considered a world championship, but not also considered a second-tier or secondary championships (i.e. the Intercontinental and US Championships). Feuds off the title will give many superstars that aren't given attention to both locker rooms of Raw and Smackdown! chance to rise.
Btw, i heard that a Scottish promotion already had the name NXT (Next Generation), so conflict can rise between WWE and the said promotion. Just a simple suggestion from me, WWE acquired WCW right? Why can't they name the show, hehe, "Nitro"? I mean, they already demean ECW. Being a business-minded person, to give the Tuesday night show small increase, if not a big bulge, of popularity, why not risk to rename the show after their biggest rival circa-Monday Night Wars? After all, it will have significance, it is a big strike to the TNA opponents especially Hogan's Band. :-)
Just a simple opinion.

I love old school ECW, but God do I hate old school ECW marks. The simple fact is that people love to blame Vince and Eric (though they had their roles to play in the downfall), but in reality ECW's death came far more from within than from without. (Not that anyone here brought that particular topic, but I know how guys like "sir sadistic" generally think).
WWE owes no one an apology. Quite frankly they exposed a segment of the audience to a product that quite a few would have never have heard of otherwise. Probably even inspired those with the interest to go back and learn about the original ECW. Was the new ECW like the original? No, of course not. I am not arguing that the new ECW was as innovative, influential, or even as good as the original. But I don't think it was bad. In fact I think it improved greatly when it stopped trying to be original-ECW lite and moved towards more of a young talent showcase. Again, I love ECW, but for all its influence and innovation it was the minor leagues (most major of the minor, but minor still) that never became larger because the business sense and corporate synergy just wasn't present in its management.
Anyways, I said drop the ECW Title altogether and move to Raw or SmackDown. However, you can't just erase a title and then plug its former holder into the undercard. So, I would say once that move is made direct placement into heavyweight or (more likely) mid-card title feud.

they should give him a countract for smackdown or raw or nxt and the ecw title he should forget it

I hope Christian goes to Smackdown so he and Edge can team again. I think him being NXT Champion wouldn't make sense since he is a vet in pro wrestling. The guys form FCW will go there to get noticed and then be moved to Raw or Smackdown.
