    Definitely no! Your email support is beyond excellent. It's fast and efficient and perfect and you have never let me down in a very long time. I much prefer email and would never use phone support. I hate all the chat and waiting that goes on with support phone call.

    I voted "no" as well. I completely agree with the above poster. I have had nothing but fantastic customer service from you guys. I don't think phone support is necessary at all.

    I voted no. Your email customer service is by far the best and most reliable I've found anywhere. I can recall one time I thought it might be easier to explain my issue over the phone, but then it really didn't take me long to type it out. And I feel confident that if I emailed you and you responded and we were having trouble communicating, and I asked if I could call or you would call me, that you would be okay with it in that kind of situation.
