I think I would like this better if the moose was flying in the opposite direction. Obviously the red circles represent truck tires, rear trailer tires specifically. The left/right directions of the two logos is confusing. Is the moose part of the text/tires logo or not? if not, then why do you need two logos? why not just standalone text and the moose? stop adding graphic elements to everything!
