Should the U.S. get more involved in the hunt for Joseph Kony and the LRA rebels?

The last time the United States got involved Joseph Kony Retaliated by killing 800 of the 1300 civilians the Senator mentioned have been recently killed. They were killed on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day as the Senator stated, but he ignored the fact that it was in direct retaliation to United States involvement gone horribly wrong. Senator Feingold implores Obama to learn from not getting involved in conflicts (genocides) in Rwanda and Liberia, but what about the lessons learned from getting involved in Uganda. How are they going to make sure this doesn't happen again?

For an in-depth look at Joseph Kony and the LRA, see the book, First Kill Your Family: Child Soldiers of Uganda and the Lord's Resistance Army.
