What do you think about the current FHA guidelines - how much risk is right?

• Too restrictive - investor overlays have neutered FHA guidelines and its not helping the people that the FHA program was created to help.

• Too Loose - This is how we got in this mess to begin with. The tax payers are going to end up bailing out HUD.

• Just right - we've found the right balance. Leave it alone, please.
