There should be guidelines programmers/publishers should follow determining if it is considered "adult" content. Apps not in the "adult" group can be petitioned by Market customers to be moved in there. Not sure who considers the petition, but I would guess that most programmers wouldn't object. I mean, if I were publishing such an app, i'd *want* it to be in the adult section where it could be more easily found. It's a $$$ business. Mikadi is about to take off which I think is a great idea too.
