I would reduce all because we are going the wrong way. We do not need this large government and various agencies if we backed away from our oppressive employment lifestyle that causes world problelms and turned to a lifestyle cloose to the land, a garden paradise lifestyle that solves the world problems created by the emloyment lifestyle. It is the only way to escape the SNARES that are getting stronger each day.
We could quickly end pollution to our air, land, water and food, disease, energy crisis, war, immigration, reoccurring financial crises, social welfare programs etc by simply living off victory gardens and having pets that provide fresh food around us. In short time it would be a garden paradise of true freedom and independence.
