The new selectors are the best thing that ever happend to us webdesigners. We can safe so many additional HTML tags and classes when using them.

please exclude @font-face from that poll... that's oooold-fashioned. new things about that are new licence-models for fonts used on webpages and new kinds of "open type" fonts, so that webfonts can be displayed no matter what OS visitors are using...
to me, multiple column is it. no more php-workarounds for neat designs and dynamic content of different lengths...
There are a few that I'm really excited about, all the shadow effects text and box, also multiple backgrounds will make life easier. New border options(radius, images). transformations will be immensely useful as well. so really I'm excited about all of the new features in css3
Oh and regarding @font-face - The Microsoft Equiv has been around since like IE4 or IE5 time? I have no idea why @font-face was used instead of the MS version.
To be quite honestly I'd be more excited if Microsoft would patch IE7 and IE8 to use CSS3, then again I'd be more excited if everyone who used IE6's PC blew up. :)
Other than that I'd say multiple columns, multiple backgrounds and text shadow.
Multiple Backgrounds is the most exciting feature for me, followed by Border Radius. With MB you can do amazing things, even border radius! (and try think about alpha PNGs!)
Don't mean to be picky but @font-face is actually CSS2

Well it is hard to decide, i think all are very good (i voted for BORDER RADIUS, still my fav) and they will push the web forward. But it will still take it´s time until we can use it without having problems with cross browser compatibility.

Transformation and Animation :D
Isn't @font-face CSS2?
All of these...
background-clip:text;
Multiple backgrounds. . and then border-radius, shadows etc.
Multiple background, with this I dont need to stack divs anymore for a div with rounded corners, oh but there's rounded corners too! Sweet Jesus!
I'm excited about that the combination of all the new features allows me to get rid of most of my JavaScript code
Box-flex! http://hacks.mozilla.org/2010/04/the-css-3-flexible-box-model/
I'm excited about everything New in CSS3! It's just awesome
Multi Background, @font-face, RGBa, Border Radius, Transformation & Animation ;)
Text-Shadow isn't CSS3, it's CSS2(.0)
"Multiple columns because it's the only feature that wasn't achievable with good hacks."
I agree with Jasper Kennis :)
I am excited about the borders, but also about the @font-face feature... Can't wait!
no doubt.......
@font-face

@font-face is NOT CSS3, it's CSS2.
I'm most excited about RGBa, personally.
Pretty much everything, but mostly box shadows and border radius since this will save having to use so many images!
Transformations and Animations for me! :D
Border-radius is old news now!
@font-face, border-radius, box-shadow, gradients, and rgba.
I think there should've been an "all of the above" option! :)
Multiple backgrounds!
Personally I am excited about parent selectors. Moving up the dom opens so many possibilities. Navigation menus and row highlights are just the start.
That, and css gradients, reflections, transitions, nth-child, and HSLa color.
Multiple columns for sure! Cannot wait.

Multiple backgrounds!
It has to be text shadow for me!! Although it isn't as popular as I thought...
Cool to see I'm not the only one super excited about @font-face becoming more standard. (But Martin's right, it is already out there)
Don't mean to be picky but @font-face is actually CSS2

Gradients!
CSS Transitions & Transforms
Transitions and animations.
Animations, and the Flexible box model.
Text shadows are great, if used properly. Also, the ability to have multiple backgrounds is going to make life easier too.
Mostly shadows, but the multiple columns feature comes in as a close second!
Multiple backgrounds!
@font-face, border radius and multiple backgrounds
Shadow, gradients, tranformation and animations :) .
Transformations, they will dramatically reduce the need for Flash and JavaScript.
