Kevin P. Rice is incapable of organized thought. Two mental health professionals have said that he is a narcissist and sociopath, who has no regard whatsoever for the rights of others. He has harassed a number of people in the community. Whenever someone says something he doesn't like, he threatens to sue them. He does not believe in free speech unless it is his. He went a meeting uninvited on private property and made a stink. He went before the SLO City Council supporting smokers and saying he doesn't smoke, he is a liar. He has a chimney where his head should be. Anyone supporting Kevin P. Rice and his outrageous behavior against numerous individuals in the conservation community should be exposed for their lack of judgment and acceptance of a cretin as having anything worthwhile in support of the local community. He supports death and destruction and so do most off-road groups.
