How engaged is your business in social media?

• We're fully engaged in social media with complete integration into our marketing program, including a freshly updated company blog, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook...you name it.

• We have a Twitter account and Facebook page, which we update 1 to 4 times per week.

• We have a Twitter account and Facebook page, but we haven't done much with it. We're interested in engaging more this year, though.

• We know we should be engaged in social media but want to learn more before diving in.

• We have no plans to engage in social media. We just don't see the value in it.
