My understanding is that this was only a problem once in the league. It was an ass doing what an ass does as he is no longer in the league and the rest of us are responsable muture and honest I dont see why we need to let the ass who effected our league is such a profond way when he was here continue to effect the leage even after he has left us. Remmber the goal of our current system is to give everybody a better shot at having a good overall season, this is a quality of the league we should continue to embrace.
