Does real estate branding affect our perception of quality
Of course it does. We are to ignorant to assess true quality. Branding helps us make a choice
No way. I have to look behind every wall and under every sink before I decide
It's really a mixture of both. Over time, well branded real estate projects trust on top of quality perception
