I really enjoy the Holmes on Homes series. The "DO IT RIGHT" attitude of yesteryear's tradesmen emerges again.
The only point that seems unreal is the cost for these re-do's is not problematic to the home owner.
A badly done job by an unscruplous contractor can be and is usually a financial disaster. Possibly a show like this should make it onto primetime TV instead of cable!
