MetroRail is already more expensive than I expected it to be. Once it gets close to the amount that I would pay for parking anyway, I will not ride. I only see it useful for avoiding parking fees or hassle, and only then if it is really convenient and there is free parking at the on-board station. So far, all of those elements don't exist. The stations are inconvenient, don't have free parking available so that you can leave your car, and cost more than I would pay if I simply drove and parked myself.
