He is not disabled and I really and truly appreciate him shooting and injuring President Reagan and I'm very thamkful that he shot and injuried that evil President as Reagan needed to taught a lesson he must learn!!! And on that day he shot Reagan when I was working as an active-duty Corporal in the US Army, which was the happiest event in my entire 56 year life, I really and truly cheered and jumped for great joy like winning 100 million dollars of cash in a lottery. He should just had his gun and bullets taken away from him and ffreed in a few days on technicality by the federal Government regardless of other people's fellings and abolutly no one has any mental or pscyhologicial disability!!! I have served for 37 years as a enlisted man in the US Army and US Army Reserve and President Reagan cannot get along with other nations and he really need to be taught a lesson
