I generally LOOK at a the sun (or any really bright light) to make myself sneeze. I don't believe that just thinking of a bright light works. However, if you need to STOP a sneeze (or just steal someone else's sneeze) say the word "Pineapple". It totally works unless you've gone into the big inhale portion of the sneeze.
