I have had the opportunity to hear many renditions of "Pursuit" and in fact had the opportunity to sing the song many times with James, live and at many rehearsals. James in fact wrote the song and Clementine performed it under the title "Pursuit of Happiness". Though Clementine never officially released any albums we did perform "Pursuit of Happiness" regularly and I'd like to think it became a crowd favorite. Speaking 100% biased, I'd like to think the Clementine version was the best but that's just because I was in the band and had a great time performing the song as a band/group. I always felt the dynamics of our band made any song we played great and "Pursuit" was no different. I'm glad James has continued to follow his vision and hope to hear more from him soon. Cheers!

I LOVE PURSUIT AS WELL! JUST TO CLARIFY THOUGH....JAMES D WAS IN CLEMENTINE AND WROTE THE SONG WHICH HAS NEVER BEEN RELEASED UNTIL NOW SO IT IS NOT ACTUALLY A COVER SONG!
