You are absolutely correct! Your ideas about advertising the difficulty of Magic would be a great way to sell the mountain. My husband and I love Magic precisely because it has the best, most challenging terrain - we aren't looking for wide groomed fields and snowboarders over every shoulder. The benefit of one double is that you are literally the only ones coming down the mountain. But, I wouldn't overlook the appeal to families that are real skiiers. This past year, our two year old had the best time hanging out with other kids in the relaxed lodge. We are excited for her to grow up skiing at Magic because we know she will progress far faster than any kid in ski school at one of the larger mountains. Buy a share and start the ad campaign. Long live Magic...and think snow!
